Three establishments in Toronto — a restaurant, a café and a bakery — were slammed with 10 or more infractions by city health inspectors.

Cafe Plus, at 3200 Dufferin St., received 11 violations, three of which were crucial, another three were significant and five were minor. The three significant infractions were also of the cleanliness variety: failing to maintain handwashing stations with soap and paper towels, using utensils “not of readily cleanable form,” and sanitizing utensils in chlorine solution of “less than 100 p.p.m. of available chlorine.”
