I hate to say it but none of this is new. These types of organizations do cooperate and collaborate well on many occasions , but it ain’t perfect. Whether it is egos at stake or the complicated “intelligence vs. evidence” conundrum we have imposed on ourselves in Canada, the whole thing needs constant review in order to make what is already quite good, better.Article content
