He then spotted police officers chasing two people. One of those people fell to the ground and was surrounded by police, while the second person was chased. A statement from the Coquitlam RCMP released to media says, “There is a major police incident with several crime scenes. Our officers are currently investigating and a fulsome update will be provided in the near future.”
