Evan Turnbull is a contestant on Canada's Got Talent, which premieres on City TV later this month.SYDNEY, N.S. — Glace Bay’s Evan Turnbull will represent Nova Scotia when Season 2 of Canada’s Got Talent premiere’s March 21 on CityTV.
The talent competition series spotlights 82 acts who take to the stage in front of celebrity judges Howie Mandel, Lilly Singh, Trish Stratus, and Kardinal Offishall. The winner receives a grand prize of $150,000 dollars and the opportunity to work with a financial advisor, courtesy of CIBC – to help realize their ambitions.
Winners also get to perform in “America’s Got Talent Presents: SUPERSTARS Live” at the Luxor Hotel and Casino in Las Vegas. Turnbull, a musician, will compete against other singers, as well as dancers, magicians, extreme sports and death-defying acts, contestants with one-of-a-kind abilities, and other acts.It has been our privilege to have the trust and support of our East Coast communities for the last 200 years.
