Toronto police said the incident happened shortly before midnight Monday on Highway 427.
Toronto Paramedics have transported four people, some with life-threatening injuries, to hospital after a vehicle rollover in Etobicoke Monday night.Highway 427 near Dundas Street West.
In a tweet, officers said the vehicle caught on fire after rolling over. Four of the occupants were rushed to a trauma centre. “Their injuries vary from serious to life-threatening,” read the tweet. Police say it’s currently unknown why the vehicle crashed.Toronto Police Traffic Service remains at the scene investigating. No segment in Highway 427 nor Dundas Street West has been closed, but police are asking drivers to be patient as there might be some delays on the road.
