Celina Caesar Chavannes filed her paperwork to run for the city’s top job and issued the following statement: “I’m running for mayor of Toronto because I believe that bold and compassionate leadership is needed to address the complex challenges facing our city, and I’m committed to working with the community to create a better future for all Torontonians.
