The property was once used to manufacture Clairtone products

The property at 114 Acadia Avenue in Stellarton is currently listed as pending. It appears there might be a potential buyer for 114 Acadia Avenue.

The building was originally constructed for the Clairtone factory which operated in Stellarton during the 1960s. It closed in 1971 though, and for many years the building was vacant. It was purchased in 2014 for $500,000 by Vida Cannabis, a company that planned to use it to grow marijuana. They stripped the building down to the beams and completely renovated it. It was later sold to Zenabis who began production there in 2019.
