"I hope the intelligent community garnered at least some useful intel from some of those shenanigans."Kelly, 50, also pleaded guilty to the two charges – flight from police and causing a disturbance by shouting. Kelly appeared by video from the Provincial Correctional Centre. Kelly was also charged with uttering death threats but instead agreed to enter into a peace bond with the victim.

Then on Jan. 3 at 3:50 p.m., Charlottetown police received a call that Kelly was at the Charlottetown Outreach Centre and acting"out of control." A staff member told police that Kelly and another man shouted and shoved each other. Kelly was then aggressive with a staff member trying to intervene. Kelly kicked at officers and grabbed one of their vests during his arrest.

Kelly said Ontario."This time I have some mentorship that is going to assist in my future career aspirations," he explained. In addition to the jail time, Lantz sentenced Kelly to 12 months of probation and a 12-month driving ban.
