Basically, Evelyn is disappointed with her son; the apple has fallen so far from the tree it’s in a different orchard. So she gloms onto Kyle , the son of a recent inductee at the shelter, determined to save him from what she sees as a bad life by getting him a scholarship for an elite school. What she doesn’t realize is that Kyle just wants to work in his dad’s auto repair shop.Article content
