KING Toronto is set atop a collection of heritage buildings and will rise 16 storeys. It’s located in the heart of Toronto’s entertainment and fashion district – a fitting location for John, who is both a rock/pop and style icon renowned for his elaborate costumes. The futuristic building will be home to 400+ luxury units stacked atop of one another and topped by lush greenery.
“The fact that their kids love coming to Toronto is great for our city. It’s also great that these unique buildings are being built here,” says Dhanji. “In the next five to 10 years, I think you’re going to see Toronto have this iconic architecture that will really change the narrative of the city.”
