Everyone who looks into our situation knows that change is needed — yet a year later, nothing has changed. Regardless of any promised improvements in communication between the multitude of police, intelligence agencies and governments, last year’s occupation laid bare the systemic deficiencies inherent with the mess of overlapping, but separate, police jurisdictions.
