A 73-year-old woman died Friday morning as she was driving up to a gate at the entrance to a parking area at Toronto Western Hospital, police said in aToronto police said officers responded to reports of a personal injury collision at around 6:30 a.m. near Bathurst and Dundas Streets. It was reported that the woman was opening the door of her car to access the gate when she lost control of the vehicle and fell from it as it was in motion. She was pronounced dead at the scene.
