Drake and Bieber both broke out around similar times and the boys have been open about their friendly popularity battles. The two also received a 2011 Juno nomination for Artist of the Year. Neil Young ended up winning the award and although Drake went into the night with six nominations he went home empty handed. Even Drizzy can get snubbed.
