Jubilee board member Kristi Russell considers herself a music lover, but admits she’s often a person who doesn’t pay a lot of attention to the names. She believes this lineup will appeal to those like her. At 73, Wilcox has spent a lifetime building an impressive resume as a Canadian rock musician. He got his start in the band Great Speckled Bird, before going solo. As a solo musician, he recorded such well-known songs as Between the Lines, Bless the World, Do The Bearcat and Natural Edge. He will be on the Jubilee stage on Aug. 4.Next to take the stage is Marshall who has three studio albums to her name.
