Frizzell was first elected to council in 2010, where he served four years as the town’s deputy mayor and chair of the parks and recreation committee.Frizzell has spent most of his career life in the public sector, first as a policy advisor to former heritage minister and deputy prime minister Sheila Copps. As a senior civil servant with the federal government, Frizzell currently manages various national strategies on employment, skills training and homelessness.
If re-elected, Frizzell said he intends to ensure the town remains a willing partner with housing stakeholders, along with expanding public and active transportation in the community.He can be reached at
