Condolences are pouring in for two police officers killed in the line of duty just after midnight Wednesday.
The officers have been identified as 35-year-old Constable Travis Jordan and 30-year-old Constable Brett Ryan. They were responding to a family dispute at an apartment building in northwest Edmonton. Canadian Press is reporting that a 16-year-old boy wounded his mother, then died of self-inflicted wounds.RCMP in Newfoundland and Labrador say their hearts are with the families and friends of the fallen officers.
