In the week leading into CFL free agency, the Ottawa Redblacks have already done most of their heavy lifting.
In the coming days, the Redblacks will announce some big signings; it’s believed punishing running back Wes Hills is the latest addition. Middle linebacker Jovan Santos-Knox has also agreed to contract terms. Since Sunday, the CFL’s nine teams have been officially permitted to speak to/agree to terms with pending free agents. Quarterback Jeremiah Masoli got a contract extension through the 2024 season and Nick Arbuckle agreed to a deal to return as the backup QB.
