Second-team All-Canadians from the AUS included Acadia defender Lauren Jodrey and a pair St. Francis Xavier X-Women, defender Emma Steen and forward Amanda Smith . University of Ottawa’s Cassandra Provost was the U Sports player of the year, while Laval’s Léa-Jeanne Fortier was the top rookie, Memorial’s Katie Hickey the student-athlete community service award winner and Laval’s David Desloges as coach of the year.St. Francis Xavier defender Lewis Dye was the only AUS men's player to be named a first-team All-Canadian at the U Sports championship in Kamloops, B.C.
Three AUS players were selected to the All-Rookie team, including Saint Mary's defender Orion Wiersma , Cape Breton's midfielder Jacob Spizzirri and St. F.X. forward Samuel Barrowcliffe .
