NICOLE SULLIVAN/CAPE BRETON POST - Nicole SullivanCopp was working in building demolition when he began working on rescue missions. His first was in the 1980s in Mexico.
This was the start of his career and Copp's reputation grew internationally. To date, he's done rescue missions in 54 countries. In 2002, Copp decided to come back to Nova Scotia and had his nephew drive him and his motorhome to Cape Breton.
