NORTH SYDNEY, N.S. - Breton Education Centre, Malcolm Munroe, and Sydney Mines picked up victories in Cape Breton Middle School Soccer League action on Monday.Deakin McPhee scored twice, while Jake MacKinnon, Matt McNeil, and an own goal was the offence for the New Waterford school.Meanwhile, in girls' 'B' action, Sydney Mines edged Breton Education Centre 2-1 at McKinnon Field in New Waterford.Alexis LeBlanc had the lone goal for the New Waterford school.
