Nick Carter is facing a new lawsuit that claims he raped and physically assaulted a 17-year-old girl on a Backstreet Boys tour bus in 2001.

In 2018, the Santa Monica Police Department confirmed it had begun an investigation into claims of sexual misconduct by the singer that occurred in 2003.
