Aidan Daniels joined the HFX Wanderers ahead of the 2022 Canadian Premier League season following time with Major League Soccer’s Toronto FC and with the Ottawa Fury, Colorado Springs Switchbacks and OKC Energy of the USL. - HFX WANDERERS “Just by the way I play, I try to lead by example,” Daniels said. “I’m not the guy who’s going to be really vocal, screaming at guys or getting the group really hyped up. But I think a lot of them look up to me and that’s a real honour because I’m still only 24.
Daniels is confident Gheisar will deliver on that promise and the players will respond favourably this season. The Wanderers were put to the test in their season opener Saturday afternoon in the nation’s capital.
