An Amazon delivery driver was found dead outside a Missouri residence on Monday after reportedly being killed by two “aggressive” dogs.

The owners were not home at the time of the incident, but authorities confirmed there was proper signage to alert visitors of the dogs. “We have spoken to the owners of the property, but more investigations need to take place,” Childers told the“We’ll be testing both dogs for rabies, checking the stomach for human remains and a testing a pouch in the mouth which often holds food with a swab to see if there is any DNA.”
Amazon released a statement: “We’re deeply saddened by tragic incident involving a member of our Amazon family and will be providing support to the team and the driver’s loved ones,” an Amazon spokesperson told the outlet.
