20 years of Nickelback: National Music Centre opens exhibition dedicated to Alberta rockers yyc yycmusic
The four-piece rock band, which will be inducted into the Hall of Fame during this year’s Juno Awards in Edmonton on March 13, donated 20 years’ worth of instruments, photos, concert footage and other personal items that help chronicle the band’s rise from Hanna, Alberta-based cover band to platinum-selling superstars.Sign up to receive daily headline news from the Calgary SUN, a division of Postmedia Network Inc.
This summer, Nickelback will be touring their most recent album, Get Rollin’. Released in late 2022, it was the first new music from the act since 2017.
